These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Palmi mobile application operated by Vibe Palm. By downloading or using Palmi, you agree to these terms.
Important Apple EULA Notice
If you download or use Palmi through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also forms part of the terms governing your use of Palmi. Where these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA for App Store distribution, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.
1. Description of Service
Palmi helps you track nutrition, fasting, weight progress, and optional GLP-1 medication routines. Features may include food search, meal logging, calorie targets, projections, and optional AI-assisted meal scanning. Palmi is a consumer wellness tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Palmi is intended only for adults age 18 or older. By using Palmi, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
If you download Palmi from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict for App Store distribution, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
- Palmi may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, Palmi Pro) and other in-app purchases.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (App Store / Google Play).
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
4. Health Disclaimer
Calorie targets, projections, fasting guidance, and GLP-1 tracking tools are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing diet, medication, or exercise—especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using prescription medication such as GLP-1 agonists.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content (including meal photos)
- Misrepresent medical credentials or use Palmi as a substitute for clinical care
6. Accounts and Data
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account from Profile. Cloud-synced data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Palmi, its branding, UI, and original content are owned by Vibe Palm or its licensors. Food database entries and third-party content remain subject to their respective rights.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Palmi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of nutrition estimates, or fitness for a particular medical purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Palm and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
